Provisional Licence

Before you can get behind the wheel and start learning to drive, you have to hold a provisional driving licence. To apply for your provisional driving licence, click here or you can pick up a form at your local Post Office. It takes about 4 weeks for your licence to be sent to you - so make sure you apply early!

Driving Theory & Practical Tests

You can book your Theory Test on line directly through the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) by clicking here. You can also book your Practical Driving Test on line through the DSA by clicking here. Or, when we agree your ready, SLK Driving School can book it for you.

Practical Test

You need to apply to take your practical driving test with your local DSA centre. You can do this online (click here), but we strongly recommend you don't apply for your test until SLK Driving School thinks you're ready. Your SLK Driving Instructor can also arrange your test date for you.
